A large private school located in the Aventura, Florida area has openings for qualified Help Desk Level 2 Support Specialist.

The Help Desk Level 2 Support Specialist role is responsible for providing technical assistance in answering questions and resolving computer hardware/software problems in person, via telephone, or utilizing a remote support tool. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user requests.  This role will also work closely with internal and external support teams to quickly identify and bring resolution to critical business needs and incidents.

The IT Help Desk team troubleshoots desktop PCs, laptops, scanners, printers, phones and a variety of commercial and proprietary software in a Windows, VMWare, and Mac OS environment. Including but not limited to creating, tracking, and closing trouble tickets using the help desk ticketing system. The selected candidate must ensure that all support calls, helpdesk tickets, and related procedures adhere to organizational values and guidelines. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or designee.

A successful candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be able to think creatively and see assignments through, be dedicated and have a customer-centric approach, as well as a desire to learn and grow.
